1. All goods must be paid for before leaving the premises unless other arrangements are made with management.
2. Title of the goods on the invoice does not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been received.
3. Goods specially ordered require full payment and cannot be returned.
4. Quotes remain valid for 7 days from date of issue and are subject to change without prior notice after that date.
5. Allow 5-10 working days for computer systems ordered. If stocks of some components are out of supply or superseded, a replacement of the same quality or better will be substituted.
6. By placing an order, either written or verbal, for the supply of goods and/or services with Customline Computer Services, the customer agrees that they have accepted the terms and conditions of sale set out herein.
7. Customline Computer Services accept no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the repairs, use of facilities or services, and make no warranty regarding the services or their suitability for any particular purpose.
8. If on Customline Computer Services premises, parents must keep children under control at all times as damages will be paid for by their guardian.
9. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged if original packaging is broken. Eg. (Hard Drives, Processors, etc.)
10. Software cannot be returned and has no warranty.
