1. All Customline computers are supplied with a one year parts and labour warranty (to the original purchaser) against hardware manufacturing faults and defects and does not cover software related problems. An optional two year (RTB) Return to Base Warranty (Purple Sticker) or three year Australia Wide On-Site Parts & Labour Warranty (White Sticker) is also available at a small additional cost at time of purchase. This warranty is covered by Warranty Assistance Australia and is underwritten by Virginia Surety Company. For any warranty issues with computer systems call the response group on 1300 653 394 and a co-ordinator will assist with your problem and issue a work order for us to repair. We will then contact you for a suitable time .
2. Removal of case panels, tampering of seals and/or repairs/modification of components by persons other than Customline Computer technicians and/or WAA authorised repairers will immediately void warranty.
3. Customline Computers do not recommend or support CPU/GPU over-clocking. Customers doing so will immediately void warranty.
4. Any computer faults that are caused by incorrect or corrupt software configurations and/or installation may be met with a labour charge. Customline Computers will not accept liability for any software that is not current technology compliant. Customers using "burnt", "pirated" or "cracked" software will void warranty.
5. This warranty does not cover damage due to computer viruses, external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, lightning damage, power surges or brownouts, servicing not authorised by Customline Computer Services, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, problems caused by use of parts and components not originally supplied, any alterations, additions, improvements and attachments to the product (s) not authorised by Customline Computer Services shall be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty.
6. If a restore of the operating system is required, all original driver disks, original Microsoft Windows Operating System CD and Windows CD Key/Product Codes are required. All disks and documentation are supplied with your computer at the time of sale and no copy is kept by Customline.
