1. A 12 month Manufacturers Warranty applies to all goods (from date of invoice) unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
2. Goods installed by a customer without proper knowledge, training or equipment may void warranty. Warranty will then be at the discretion of the manufacturer for such warranty and may be sent direct to that manufacturer for evaluation.
3. Goods returned, must be RTB (returned to base) at customers' expense. Goods replaced or repaired under warranty will be returned at our expense.
4. A full and accurate description of the fault and how the fault occurred must accompany the goods when claiming warranty.
5. No warranty claims can be made without supplying a copy of the original invoice.
6. Goods found faulty, will only be replaced or repaired at the manufacturers discretion and only as per the manufacturers terms and conditions. No refunds will be given.
7. Goods with any sign of damage, including accidental damage, misuse or abuse, broken seals or any sign of tampering, sustained a power surge will not be covered under warranty.
8. Goods returned will be tested before any warranty will be given. Goods tested and found not to be faulty will incur a $49.50 minimum charge. Please note that 85% of goods returned are not faulty and can be put down to user error, so make sure your claim is valid.
9. Large items sent back for warranty (eg. monitors), without correct packing, will incur a $25 re-packing fee.
